Rob Pawlak serves on the board of Key Polymer. Rob was formerly President of VersaFlex Inc, a specialty coating manufacturer and DalFort portfolio company that was acquired by PPG in February 2021. He continued to serve as General Manager of VersaFlex for PPG post-acquisition until March 2022. Rob also served as Chief Operating Officer of VersaFlex since its merger with Raven Lining Systems (“Raven”) in December of 2017 and had been affiliated with Raven since 1995, serving as its President beginning in 2009. He was also Chief Financial Officer of Cohesant, the parent company of Raven since 1998, and has over 25 years of leadership experience in the coatings and plural component spray equipment markets.

Rob earned his MBA and Bachelor of Science in Business degrees from Indiana University Kelly School of Business.
