Bryan Bailey is the Managing Partner of DalFort Capital Partners, a lower middle market investment firm based in Dallas, Texas. Prior to joining DalFort Capital Partners, Bryan focused on acquisitions in the industrial, specialty chemical and building products sectors for Capital Southwest Corporation (NASDAQ: CSWC), a publicly-traded private equity firm with approximately $800 million in assets under management prior to the spin-off of CSW Industrials, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSWI).

Upon completion of the spin-off, Bryan was responsible for supporting a lower middle market credit investment initiative, including origination, underwriting and execution, while also leading portfolio management efforts for legacy equity positions. Prior to Capital Southwest, Bryan worked as a financial analyst in the telecommunications industry and as a national field coordinator for a 2008 presidential campaign.

Bryan received an MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Central Arkansas.
