Managing Partner

Bryan is the Managing Partner of DalFort Capital Partners. Prior to DalFort, he focused on acquisitions in the industrial, specialty chemical, and building products sectors for Capital Southwest Corporation (NASDAQ: CSWC) and subsequently led lower middle market credit initiatives following the spin-off of CSW Industrials. He received an MBA from SMU's Cox School of Business and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Central Arkansas.

Marquez is a Senior Partner at DalFort Capital Partners. Prior to DalFort, he focused on lower middle market investments at Rosewood Private Investments and Capital Southwest Corporation (NASDAQ: CSWC). Earlier in his career, he worked at Covalent Capital, SKM Growth Investors, and Goldman Sachs. He received a BA and BBA from the University of Texas.

Hillary serves as Chief Financial Officer for DalFort Capital Partners. Prior to DalFort, she spent two years as Vice President in Goldman Sachs' Asset Management Division and nine years with Ernst & Young focused on financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions. Hillary graduated from Texas A&M University with an MS in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Chief of Staff

Kelly is the Chief of Staff at DalFort Capital Partners. Before joining DalFort, she spent more than two years as Senior Executive Assistant at Texas Capital Bank. Her government career spanned 12 years in the U.S. House of Representatives, where she concluded her service as Deputy Chief of Staff and Director of Operations for U.S. Congressman Michael T. McCaul (R-Texas). She holds a BA in Criminal Justice, Sociology, and Criminal Law from the University of Alabama.

Prior to DalFort, he focused on mergers and acquisitions in the oil and gas sector for Wells Fargo Securities within its Investment Banking Division. Bowen Diehl

Senior Fund Advisor

Bowen Diehl served as President and Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors of Capital Southwest Corporation (NASDAQ: CSWC), a business development company ("BDC") founded in 1961, from October 2015 through February 2025. Prior to being named President/CEO, Mr. Diehl served as its Chief Investment Officer from March 2014 through September 2015. Mr. Diehl led the transformation of CSWC from an all-equity-focused BDC, trading at a 20% discount to NAV/share, and paying only a negligible annual dividend to shareholders, to a market-leading BDC with a market capitalization of over $1.2 billion, consistently trading in the top decile of public BDCs on a Price/NAV per share basis. As of February 2025, CSWC had investable assets in excess of $2 billion, and an annual dividend to shareholders of $2.56/share (representing an annual yield of 11.1%).

During Mr. Diehl's tenure as President/CEO, CSWC raised over $1.5 billion in debt capital from five different debt capital markets (bank, retail bonds, institutional bonds, SBIC funding, and institutional convertible bonds), as well as over $700 million in public equity capital. During his tenure, CSWC completed 181 transactions, investing $2.6 billion in debt and equity capital, financing buyout transactions with over 100 unique private equity firms. CSWC exited 88 of these investments, representing proceeds of over $1.1 billion and generating a weighted average IRR of 13.7%. Finally, during his tenure, CSWC received Wall Street research coverage, for the first time in its history, from seven analysts and investment-grade credit ratings from Moody's and Fitch.

Prior to joining Capital Southwest, Mr. Diehl was employed by American Capital, Ltd., a publicly traded BDC and global asset manager. From 2007 to 2014, he served as Co-Head of American Capital's Sponsor Finance Group, the group responsible for the majority of American Capital's middle market lending activities.

From 2001 to 2007, Mr. Diehl served as a senior investment professional in the Dallas Office of American Capital. Mr. Diehl sourced, structured, and managed investments that included senior and subordinated debt, as well as preferred and common equity in both control and non-control structures.

Prior to American Capital, Mr. Diehl spent time as an investment banker with Merrill Lynch and Chase Securities, in New York, NY and Houston, TX, where he focused on companies in the exploration and production, oilfield services, natural gas pipeline, natural gas gathering and processing, homebuilding, and semiconductor sectors.

Mr. Diehl earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree, with majors in Civil Engineering and Economics, from Vanderbilt University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.

Mr. Diehl serves on the boards of both Highland Homes, a leading master-planned community home builder, headquartered in Plano, Texas and serving the major Texas markets, and Crestline Lending Solutions, a perpetual private BDC, managed by Crestline, a premier alternative asset manager, based in Fort Worth, Texas. Mr. Diehl's community involvement includes serving on the boards of West Dallas Community School (former Chairman), West Dallas Community School Foundation, and Youthworld (afterschool program for underprivileged children in South Dallas).

Morris Wheeler

Senior Fund Advisor

Morris Wheeler is the founder and managing member of Drummond Road Capital. He previously served as Chairman and CEO of Cohesant Technologies, where investors realized a 28% annualized return culminating in a sale to Graco Inc. in 2008. Earlier in his career, Morris founded one of the first internet music distribution platforms, which was acquired in the early 2000s. He studied Economics and Computer Science at UMass Amherst and earned his JD from Yale Law School.

Rob Pawlak

Operating Partner

Rob Pawlak is a board member of Advanced Polymer and previously served on the board of Key Polymer. He served as President of VersaFlex, having risen to COO of the platform following its acquisition of Raven Lining Systems. Rob joined Raven in 1995, became President in 2009, and concurrently served as CFO of Cohesant, Raven's parent company, beginning in 1998. He holds an MBA and BS in Business from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.

Tim Meyer

Tim Meyer is an operating executive with deep experience across chemical manufacturing and industrial operations. He currently serves as Operating Partner at Advanced Polymer, and previously held various operational roles at Polymer Adhesives, Key Polymer, SWEPCO, MicroCare, and SWARCO. Earlier in his career, Tim progressed through engineering and operations roles at Whitmore and Valspar. He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering and a MS in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas.

John Mastrantoni

John Mastrantoni served as President & CEO of The M.F. Cachat Company, a specialty chemicals distributor he grew from roughly $60 million to $300 million in revenue following a management buyout in 2002. The company was acquired by IMCD in 2015, where John subsequently served as President of IMCD US, one of the leading specialty chemicals distributors in the country with representation across more than 30 states. He currently serves as Advisor to the Board at IMCD US and has held board seats at VersaFlex, Key Polymer, Polymer Adhesives, and Advanced Polymer. John holds a BS in Marketing from John Carroll University.

Mike Shea

Mike Shea is Executive Chairman of the Impact Climate Technologies (ICT) Board, where he leads the company's mergers, acquisitions, and business development initiatives. With over 25 years of experience, he previously served as ICT's founding CEO and, prior to that, as President of Tom Barrow Company (now an ICT affiliate) where he drove significant growth and operational excellence. Mike also serves on the board of Goff's Enterprises.

Pete Longo

Pete Longo is a seasoned executive in the construction sealants and coatings industry with a career spanning decades of leadership at category-defining brands. He joined OSI Sealants as VP of Operations in 1981 before ascending to President & CEO, a role he held for over two decades. Following OSI, Pete served on the Board of Directors of Henry Company and as Chairman & CEO of California Products Corporation. He has been an active industry advocate through his service on the American Coatings Association Board of Directors and Budget and Finance Committee, and was named an ACA Industry Statesman in 2016. Pete previously served on the board of Polymer Adhesives.

Bill Newman served as President of Key Polymer, a Lawrence, Massachusetts-based manufacturer of specialty adhesives and coatings. During his tenure, Key Polymer expanded its product platform through multiple add-on acquisitions, including Unichem Specialty Chemicals, Cross-Link Specialty Chemicals, Swepco and Durant Performance Coatings. In conjunction to Key Polymer, he served as President of Advanced Polymer, LLC and held commercial and operational roles at Siroflex (Egeria PE), Bostik (Division of Arkema) and Arrow Fastener Company (Division of Masco). He holds a BA from Dickinson College and an MBA in Finance from Seton Hall University.

Tom Edwards is CEO and President of TRE Consulting LLC. His 40+ years of manufacturing and distribution leadership include executive roles at Johnson Controls, Trane, and Ruskin Co. As President of Ruskin, Tom guided the company through quadruple revenue growth via organic initiatives and strategic add-on acquisitions. He previously served on the board of United Enertech. Tom holds an MBA from Penn State University and a BS in Materials and Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Wisconsin.

Coby Belew is the founder and Owner of Global ChemSource Inc., a Fort Worth-based specialty chemical distributor serving the adhesives, sealants, coatings, and rubber compounding markets. Earlier in his career, he served as Co-Owner of Polymer Adhesives, a manufacturer of water-based, solvent-based, and polyurethane adhesives and sealants, and served on the company's board while under DalFort's ownership. He holds a BBA from Texas Tech University.
